Today May 27, 2012 is our sixth wedding anniversary! The entire family got to sleep in until at least 9am [which isn’t uncommon in our household since neither of our kids are early risers].

Then Jason went grocery shopping with Nicholas & made sure to bring back my favorite treat (Fannie May Pixies). Of course I shared them with the entire family [Breakfast of Champions]

The rest of the day was spent doing laundry and getting the kids ready to leave the house. Jason put some steaks on the grill from lunch and I assisted by making a salad. After we were full of course we decided to head to Custard Cup! Then we went to the petting zoo in Champaign but only stayed for 30 minutes as it was over 90 degrees.

When we returned home the kids were exhausted but managed to put off naps until very late in the evening. We ended the evening with Papa Del’s pizza and Game of Thrones. So overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable anniversary 😉
