Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art, which requires the use of hands and feet without weapons. The ultimate goal of Tae Kwon Do is to achieve total mind and body unity.
I've been training since the Spring of 1999 with the TKD club at UIUC. I received my first Dan black belt in September 2004. I am currently the lead instructor for the TKD club at UIUC.
